A tankless water heater better meets the increased hot water demands by providing 240 gallons per hour or the hourly output of 6 conventional 40 gallon gas tanks every hour. The tankless water heater also reduces the risk of flooding as compared to a traditional tank water heater. And it offers a more energy efficient system, which saves you money and helps the environment.

A sample warranty book is provided at contract signing and closing so you can see exactly what coverage is being placed on your new home. As a builder, we must go through a thorough screening process to become a Member with HOME. This assures that your home was built by a qualified professional.
